2.7.3. Adding brands to a product
After you have created a brand you have to attach products to the brand. This is necessary to
display products in the Products Grid on the Brands Presentation page and
show the brand logo on the Product detail page (depending on the styling).
In order to add products to a brand you need to firstly access the Product Overview grid in CATALOG / INVENTORY / PRODUCTS. Now there are two methods how to add products to a given brand.
Method 1: Product Page Configuration
When being in the Product Overview grid click the EDIT button in the ACTION column of the product you would like to add the brand to. In the top attributes area navigate to the BRANDS multi-select field and select the Brand.23 After making the changes click the SAVE button on the top section on the right-hand side.

Method 2: Product Overview grid quick edit
When being in the Product Overview grid select the products to be attached to a given brand my ticking the select checkboxes on the very left column. Now click the ACTION dropdown field and choose UPDATE ATTRIBUTES (see Figure 69).
You will be now redirected to the Update Attributes pages. Here you can navigate to the BRAND section in the ATTRIBUTES tab. Check the CHANGE checkbox to activate the multi-select field for selecting a brand and select the brand you would like to attach the products to. When done, click the SAVE button on top of the page.
In both cases the products should appear in the Product Grids section on the Brand presentation page.24 Depending on the styling there should be also a brand logo visible on the Product Detail page.
