2.21. Advanced teaser settings

The admin user is able to set advanced settings for every teaser element in a new tab.

The feature is available for all CMS components that have a teaser element:

2.1.5. Hero Carousel

2.1.6. Image Teaser (2.0)

2.1.16. Icon component

2.1.18. Teaser and text

2.1.20. Mosaic

 

In the ADVANCED tab, the admin user can make the following settings:

  • High fetch priority: This setting defines which images should be loaded with priority by the client. It can improve the core web vitals. See Optimize resource loading with the Fetch Priority API  |  Articles  |  web.dev

  • Alt: This field allows setting the ALT meta tag. This value will replace the ALT tag defined by the SLOGAN field.

  • Open link in new tab: The CTA link will open the link in a new browser tab.

  • Link only CTA button: The CTA link will be clickable only on the button area.

  • Tracking ID: The value given in this input field will be returned as data attribute (data-tracking-id) and so it will allow tracking clicks and marketing campaigns, e.g. in Google Tag Manager.
