7.2. Order Export Log

MageSuite offers a solution to monitor the order export process. This allows to verify if the order has beensuccessfully exported to the external system.

In order to access the order export log go to SYSTEM / DATA TRANSFER / ORDER EXPORT LOG. Now 
you have a full overview of the orders exported.

• EXPORTED FILENAME: Here you can find the filename of the order export file that was generated.

• EXPORTED ORDERS AMOUNT: Here you can see how many orders were contained in the specific 
  order export file.

• STARTED AT: Here you can see at which time the export process started.

• FINISHED AT: Here you can see at which time the export process ended.

You can also access further details by clicking one order export entry. Additionally to the information above you can find here:

• EXPORTED IDS: The order IDs that are contained in the given order export file.

• UPLOADED FILES STATUS: Here you can see the status of the order export.
