5.2. E-Mail Attachements

In MageSuite you can attach documents to your order confirmation mails. This is especially useful to include e.g. the general terms and conditions to sales e-mails.

 

In order to add attachements to you sales e-mails access STORES / SETTINGS / CONFIGURATION and then navigate to SALES and then SALES EMAILS. Now expand the NEW ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL ATTACHEMENTS section. Here you can upload PDF, DOC, DOCX or ODT files as

 

  • FIRST ATTACHEMENT

  • SECOND ATTACHEMENT

  • THIRD ATTACHEMENT

 

Also you can remove existing files by checking the DELETE FILE checkbox.

 

When the changes are made click “SAVE CONFIG” in the top section on the right-hand side.
