3.7.5. Google Structured Data Tool
MageSuite allows passing your online shop’s information using so-called “structured data”. Google structured data is a format which is used to provide Google with additional information about the search entity itself and to classify the page.49 You can pass specific data about a page for e.g. recipes, organizations, products, restaurants etc. This in turn does help search engines and the users in finding information about your shop faster which increases the SEO performance.

Here you can make following settings:
BREADCRUMBS
ENABLED: Set this option to “YES” to add the breadcrumbs path to the information displayed in Google search results.
INCLUDE HOMEPAGE: Set this option to “YES” to include the homepage as the first entry in the breadcrumb list. The homepage will appear in the store’s language.
ORGANIZATION: Use this section to provide details about your organization that will be included in the Google search results.
ENABLED: Set this option to “YES” to include organization information in Google search results.
ORGANIZATION NAME Enter your organization’s name here.
LOGO URL: Provide the URL for your organization’s logo.
DESCRIPTION: Supply a concise description of your organization’s activities.
TELEPHONE: Input your organization’s phone number.
EMAIL Provide the email address for your organization.
ADDRESS
POSTAL CODE: Enter the postal code where your organization is located.
CITY: Input the city of your organization’s location.
STREET: Provide the street address of your organization.
REGION: Enter the region where your organization operates.
COUNTRY: Provide the country of your organization’s location.
CONTACT
SALES TELEPHONE: Enter the phone number for your sales department.
SALES EMAIL: Provide the email address for your sales department.
TECHNICAL SUPPORT TELEPHONE: Enter the phone number for your technical support department.
TECHNICAL SUPPORT EMAIL: Provide the email address for your technical support team.
CUSTOMER SERVICE TELEPHONE: Enter the phone number for your customer service department.
CUSTOMER SERVICE EMAIL: Provide the email address for your customer service team.
RETURN POLICY - This section manages the MerchantReturnPolicy entity added to the Organization structured data.
ENABLED: Yes/No – toggles whether return policy data appears in the structured data output.
RETURN POLICY CATEGORY: Specifies the return window type (e.g., MerchantReturnFiniteReturnWindow, MerchantReturnUnlimitedWindow).
RETURN DAYS: Number of days within which returns are accepted; applicable only when the category is MerchantReturnFiniteReturnWindow.
RETURN METHOD: How items should be returned (e.g., ReturnByMail, ReturnInStore).
RETURN FEES: Fee policy for returns (e.g., FreeReturn, ReturnFeesCustomerResponsibility).
RETURN POLICY LINK: Optional URL to your store’s return policy page. If provided, this link overrides all other return policy fields in the output.
SOCIAL PROFILES Additionally, you can input URLs to your social media profiles:
ENABLED: Set to “YES” if you wish to include your social media URLs.
FACEBOOK: Provide the full Facebook profile URL.
TWITTER: Provide the full Twitter profile URL.
INSTAGRAM: Provide the full Instagram profile URL.
YOUTUBE: Provide the full YouTube profile URL.
LINKEDIN: Provide the full LinkedIn profile URL.
PINTEREST: Provide the full Pinterest profile URL.
TIKTOK: Provide the full TikTok profile URL.
SEARCHBOX: Here you can enable or disable a sitelink searchbox that appears in Google Structured Data.
Further you can pass additional information about catalog data to Google Structured data:
CATEGORY:
ENABLED: Set this option to “YES” if you want to pass information about the category to Google Structured Data.
PRODUCT:
ENABLED: Set this option to “YES” if you want to pass additional information about categories to Google Structured Data.
DESCRIPTION: Select here the attribute which shall be used to describe the product in Google Structured data.
SHOW RATING: Select “YES” if you can to pass the product review summary to Google Structured data.
BRAND: Select here the attribute which shall be used to describe the product’s brand in Google Structured data.
MANUFACTURER: Select here the attribute which shall be used to describe the product’s manufacturer in Google Structured data.
When the changes are done click “SAVE CONFIG” in the top-section on the right-hand side. Finally you are required to flush the cache to make the changes apply on the storefront. Access SYSTEM / TOOLS/ CACHE MANAGEMENT and click “FLUSH MAGENTO CACHE” in the top section on
the right-hand side.

In order to enable the Google Structured Data tool access STORES / SETTINGS / CONFIGURATION
and then navigate to MAGESUITE and GOOGLE STRUCTURED DATA.
