4.7.3. Featured Products in Navigation Flyout

In MageSuite you can promote Featured Products in the Navigation Flyout. By doing so you can give your customers a teaser of the products contained in the category and attract them to enter the given category.
In order to set up Featured Products in the Navigation Flyout enter CATALOG / INVENTORY / CATEGORIES and select the category from the category tree on the left-hand side. Scroll down and expand the FEATURED PRODUCTS section. Here you can add a HEADER title in the input field which represents a test field above the Featured Products. Next you can search for products using the filter function in the product grid below. You can add product to the navigation flyout by ticking the checkbox in the selection column on the very left in the product grid.
When the changes are done click “SAVE” in the top-section on the right-hand side.
Please note, that this works only for the first level categories. 57
